bbarres/Fusicoccum: Supporting data and code for: Report of a new resistance to carbendazim in Fusicoccum amygdali, the causal agent of constriction canker of peach and almond trees

This is a release with several minor changes to improve the code and its clarity. One non minor addition is the "session_info.txt" file that improve reproducibility by providing the R and packages version used to produce the results and figure found in the manuscript. This version was released for the first submission of the related manuscript.
