Inverse Optimization Framework for Human Upper Limb Configuration Analysis
Description
Main pipeline goes in the file main_iop.m. The option to save specifications for calculation is provided in the initialization section of the calculation.
The problem configuration as well as parameter setting are conducted in problem_config.m, and can be saved to be re-used in repetitive computation.
A variety of optimization methods along with their specifications can be modified for both upper and lower level problems in lowerOptimize.m and upperOptimize.m, respectively
