Weighted Average Charge for Hetergenous Questionnaires and Weighted Netropy

In the present paper we introduce the idea of Weighted Average Charge for Heterogeneous Questionnaires extending the Average Charge studied by Dancan G.T.(1974). Some Coding theorems and comparison results have been presented through weighted entropy. It is also shown that the weighted Average charge for Heterogeneous Questionnaires is bounded below by weighted entropy.
