Factors in the emergence of the shadow activities at enterprises

Description
The article presents the analysis of the factors contributing the occurrence of enterprises shadow activities. It is advisable to distinguish three groups of such factors: economic, social and legal. The shadow sector becomes the global problem of today. In Ukraine, the decisive role in its development is played by the slow pace and inconsistency of the economy transformations, so the shadow economy is not so important as reason, but as the consequence of the deformation changes in the legal economy. The criminal factor, whose activity is predetermined by previous factors, has a great influence on the emergence and development of the shadow economy in Ukraine. It is worth saying that there are many views on the problems of factors and the problems of the emergence and development of the shadow economic sector.
