Description

This presentation was given as a virtual workshop at the Science of Team Science 2020 conference. It describes a process designed by Lou Woodley to articulate core values - based on identifying and describing positive behaviors first before identifying representative values and defining them. It also includes a description of Bolman and Deal's 4 frames which can be used to consider what hinders the realization of core values within an organization.
