Description
Scripts that were used to generate results for the paper "Spreading of COVID-19 in Brazil: Impacts and uncertainties in social distancing strategies". We thank the following data sources:
- The database for Brazil was provided by the Brazilian Health Ministry.
- The database for Rio de Janeiro state was gathered from Wesley Cota.
- Any data present in the repository that are not from the above sources were gathered from JHU CSSE.
Please see PAPER.md for instructions in order to reproduce the paper results.
