Description

Ebola genome is manually mutated to contain non-structural variants - 10 SNPs, 10 INDELs, 05 TRANSLOCATIONs, 05 INSERSIONs and their reverse complements. Paired-end illumina RNASEQ reads are simulated in fastq format.
