An updated building guide and code for COMPASS activity monitoring system

To accompany the publication of Current Protocols paper on screening/monitoring (Simultaneous assessment of circadian rhythms and sleep in mice using passive infrared sensors: a user guide,  Brown et al 2020 tbc). 

An update to the original guide for building a COMPASS system (https://doi.org/10.12688/wellcomeopenres.9892.2) for monitoring activity and predicted sleep in mice,

The material includes:

• a copy of the website put up to help building of systems. (folder: website-> index.html)
• sketches for Arduino and Processing (v3.4)
• more detailed building guide and shopping list (Build)
• 3D models for PIR case (.stl and OpenSCAD files, in Build)
• Node-RED (https://nodered.org/) flows and guide for setting up data-collection on Raspberry Pi without Processing (Node-red).
