Educational Technology: Application In Working And Learning From Home

Educational technology is a process of learning and improving performance by creating and managing technological processes and resources or other adequate resources in the teaching and learning process. In the strict sense, technology is a process of interaction between educators and students both in the family, society and at school.

By the existence of the educational technology, the educational process will no longer be disrupted, due to the limitations in distance and time, for example, the process of conducting the thesis guidance can be done from a distance to make the time more efficient, thus, the revisions can be typed directly on the Ms. Word and provide comments as a result of the revision, then correct it immediately according to the guidance of the supervisor. This type of guidance methods can be an option for the supervisors who have a busy schedule and cannot conduct intensive guidance, also, this method can reduce the use of excessive paper and it can reduce the tree felling as an effort to solve the global warming. Hopefully this work can be a reference in the development of educational technology and its use in working and learning from home.
