CTX Stereo Pair Candidate SQL Query

Description

Example QGIS3 SQL query to find MRO CTX stereo pair candidates from the Mars ODE footprint shapefile (https://ode.rsl.wustl.edu/mars/datafile/derived_products/coverageshapefiles/mars/mro/ctx/edr/mars_mro_ctx_edr_c0a.zip). Polygon should be updated to wkt polygon for query region of interest. WKT geometries can be easily generated in QGIS or other tools.

Other settings can be tweaked as needed, for example the maximum emission angle difference. Rough criteria can be found in Becker et al LPSC 2015 #2703 https://www.hou.usra.edu/meetings/lpsc2015/pdf/2703.pdf.
