РАЗВИТИЕ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ ИННОВАЦИЙ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЦИФРОВИЗАЦИИ УЧЕБНОГО ПРОЦЕССА

One of the main innovations in higher education is the widespread adoption
of digital solutions. The concept of the development of the digital economy and society for  2018–2020 provides key policies, priority areas, initiatives and projects of digitalization of  Ukraine for the coming years. One of the main areas of the Concept is the digitalization of  educational process. One of the most pressing areas of the task is the development of educational  innovations in the digitalization of the educational process. The peculiarity of the current state of education is that the progress of the information 
technology (hardware and software) itself is much more intensive than the pedagogical technologies  of this direction. This discrepancy can be corrected by adequatelyprepared teachers for learning in  a digital transformation environment. The article discusses the requirements of the digital  competence of teachers. It is noted that the introduction of educational innovation based on digital solutions is not an  end in itself. The development of educational innovation in the digitalization of the learning  process should be aimed at training professionals who can take the country to the next level.
