In order to run the scripts to reproduce the results shown in the paper,
you will need a Matlab installation under Windows (Linux not tested, although it should run).
Requirements:
- Matlab version R2015b or later (tested with version R2015b using a 64-bit Windows 7 Professional operating system
with Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2630 @ 2.30GHz and 16GB RAM.)
- Matlab toolboxes: Optimization Toolbox, Symbolic Toolbox
- ICLOCS version 1.2.1 available at http://www.ee.ic.ac.uk/ICLOCS/ICLOCS_Old.htm
and documented at http://www.ee.ic.ac.uk/ICLOCS/user_guide.pdf
- ICLOCS also requires: SUNDIALS TB, CVODES (check ICLOCS documentation for their installation)
- AMIGO2, available from https://sites.google.com/site/amigo2toolbox/home
Installation:
- install Matlab and the recommended toolboxes, and make sure they can be executed normally
- install AMIGO2 and test it running the included examples
- install ICLOCS and test it running the included examples
