Datasets and R code associated with a manuscript by M. Van Nuland et al. that details how natural soil microbiome variation affects plant biomass growth by mediating spring foliar phenology. Included are bacterial and fungal community and taxonomic datasets, experimental plant phenology datasets, and code to reproduce all data analysis and figures in the associated manuscript.
