Description
Comparative CRISPR locus analyses of Candidatus Microthrix parvicella Bio17-1 isolate genome and the contig containing M. parvicella -like CRISPR locus (D47_L1.43.1_contig_476300). We used the online tools of CRISPRCasFinder and NCBI Nucleotide BLAST.
