Description

Promoter capture HiC data generated from SN4741 cells. The HiCUP/CHiCAGO analysis was run five total times, and the most (liberal) and least (conservative) number of interactions was identified. Data is provided in the washU_text format which consolidates peaks and maintains only the higher rated score. See CHiCAGO Vignette for more information.
