Example XRF dataset from NanoMAX

Authors/Creators

Description

These files were generated during a standard X-ray fluorescence (XRF) 2D scan performed at NanoMAX, the hard X-ray nanoprobe of MAX IV Laboratory, the Swedish national synchrotron facility.

The scan (#344) was performed on a tungsten Siemens star test structure near the W L1 absorption edge.

These files are meant to illustrate the typical file structure currently in use at NanoMAX. Data file '000344.h5' contains scan positions and parameters and points to file 'scan_000344_xspress3.hdf5' which contains the fluorescence data collected via xspress3.

Note: file '000344.h5' also points to another hdf5 file containing data collected via eiger which is not provided here.
