Updated functional annotation of the Mycobacterium bovis AF2122/97 reference genome - datasets

It contains a notebook and required input files for updating the MTB/Mbovis AF2122/97 genomes with new protein product annotations from literature.

Updates to M.bovis genome (Aug 2019):
added 611 product annotations
added 689 gene names
added 5 manually edited entries from pdb hits
removed locus_tags for repeat_region features
added prefix to tRNA and mobile_element features for consistency
