Description

ApoptoEverything incorporates the Apoptosis models ApoptoAll, ApoptoDimC, ApoptoCoop and ApoptoCoop-Timer fronted by a graphical user interface. Allows simulation of cell death kinetics by the input of the protein levels of APAF1, PC9, PC3, SMAC, XIAP, CytC and ATP.
