Enalos Cloud Platform Transnational Access Services Through NanoCommons H2020 Infrastructure Project

Georgia Melagraki; Antreas Afantitis; Iseult Lynch

NanoCommons H2020 infrastructure project delivers a sustainable and openly accessible nanoinformatics framework (knowledgebase and integrated computational tools, supported by expert advice, data interpretation and training), for the risk assessment of NMs, their products and their formulations. Access to the platform and the supporting tools is provided to the nanosafety community and its broadest set of stakeholders (enterprise, regulators, insurance and society broadly) via funded calls for Transnational access, as well as development of demonstration User case studies targeting the key stakeholders (academia, industry, regulators). The NanoCommons Transnational Access (TA) (https://www.nanocommons.eu/e-infrastructure/transnational-access-services/) gives the opportunity to researchers from industry, academia and regulatory bodies to access the state-of-the-art NanoCommons expertise free of charge and take advantage of the NanoCommons services, facilities and knowledge to advance their work, solve problems and take their research to the next level. In this work we will present an overview of NanoCommons TA applications and we will particularly focus in the applications developed by NovaMechanics Ltd and the University of Birmingham.
