Description

properties depending upon their nature. Chemicals are classified into 9 hazardous substances in order to identify the hazards and risk for the chemicals. This study used to determined hazards and risks using the risk management process to evaluate and identify the risk in the different activities like handling, storage, waste, unloading. Chemical may cause adverse physical, ergonomical, health hazards depends upon the period of time exposure to the chemical and concentration of the chemical. Total 520 chemicals have been used for different processes for the time being investigated 50 chemicals. This recommendation is submitted as a report to XYZ industry to decrease the chances of unexpected events and to maintain a safe workplace. The use of the RA technique is found very fit to be applicable in the chemical process in XYZ. In addition to that, it may also be applied to other chemical processes.
