Harvest in European forests

This repository includes the Google Earth Engine (GEE) and R code associated to the following paper:

Description

The code permits the full replication of the analyses in the paper, as well as the reproduction of the figures (including the supplementary ones). The GEE codes permit the creation of the input data, while analyses and map plotting are performed by the R scripts. Note that the input data are already available and the excecution of the GEE scripts is not necessary. In other words, the execution of the R scripts is enough for complete analysis replication.
