Description

We have uploaded both the software and the reference controls used to generate the results in the Douville et 2020 PNAS manuscript.

However for optimal use, we encourage every researcher to generate at least 50 euploid plasma samples done within your own lab that can be used as reference controls. There may be minor differences in PCR machines at different labs that could impact the performance. We provide an example of how to integrate those reference control samples within the software.
