List of 370 events associated with "zebra stripe" pattern generation in the Earth's inner belt

This is an accompanying file for the article entitled "Experimental Determination of the Conditions Associated with “Zebra Stripe” Pattern Generation in the Earth’s Inner Radiation Belt" by Lejosne and Mozer, 2020 (submitted).

This document provides a list of 370 times (t_o) associated with the generation of zebra stripe patterns in the Earth's inner belt.

The format of the doc is the following:

column1: number of the event

column 2: time stamp for t_o
yy/mm/dd/hh:mn  ; where yy indicates the 2 last digits of the year of the event, mm indicates the month, dd indicates the day, hh is the UT hour and mn is the minute

column3: provides the same time, but in decimal day of the year (doy)

column4: provides the same time,  in decimal day of the year (doy), but evaluated according to the second method detailed in the manuscript. (the difference between columns 3 and 4 is of 20 min on average)

column5: provides the margin of error (standard deviation) in the determination of t_o, in hours.
