Experimental modeling of oxidation processes at grain boundaries in PTCR solid solutions
Description
In the work, the results of the X-ray analysis, electronic microscopy, spectroscopy investigation of redox reactions, which occurred during the synthesis of PTCR solid solutions based on barium titanate, were presented.
