mm10 genome index for kallisto used for RNA velocity

This is the kallisto index build for the mm10 genome (Ensembl release 98) reflecting the spliced and unspliced transcripts needed to run the RNA velocity analysis (velocyto.R) from Manno et al. 2018. This index was build based on the description at https://bustools.github.io/BUS_notebooks_R/velocity.html and applied to our murine data (Arrayexpress ID: E-MTAB-8751).
