Synthetic images of cell nuclei in widefield microscopy
Description
The images were generated by SIMCEP, a widefield fluorescence microscopy biological images simulator.
The dataset is used to demonstrate the execution of image analysis workflows with BIAFLOWS on a local machine from a jupyter notebook.
