This is the resulting data set from the prospective observational study (available cases at the time of follow up monitoring) OutCaRe, that is the basis of all results presented in the article "Patient-reported outcomes predict return to work and health-related quality of life 6 months after cardiac rehabilitation: Results from a German multi-centre registry (OutCaRe)".
