CREATING A PACKAGE OF MEASURES AIMED AT MANAGING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF RETAIL TRADE ENTERPRISES

It is noted that improving the efficiency of economic security management of the enterprise contributes to the sustainable operation of the establishment in the market and its growth in the future and it should be based on the development and implementation of measures to ensure and guarantee economic security. It is also stated that the basis for the development and justification of measures which improve the enterprise economic security is to compare the enterprise with other enterprises in the competitive group in the market.

A methodological approach to the formation of a package of measures for managing the economic security of retail trade enterprises, on the basis of which the most appropriate security measures are selected, has been proposed.

There is given the algorithm of development which includes a number of consecutive stages: description of a problem situation concerning the state of economic security at the retail trade enterprise; determination of a general approach to the creating a package of measures to ensure the economic security of a retail enterprise; determining a compliance of economic security state of the retail trade enterprise with the criteria of achievement the efficiency of economic security system of retail trade enterprises – a high level of economic security and adaptability of economic security system of an enterprise on a certain scale; a basis for measures to increase the economic security of the retail trade enterprise; developing a package of measures to improve the economic security of the retail trade enterprise; implementation arrangements for selected measures to ensure the economic security of the retail trade enterprise; supervising the implementation of certain measures to ensure economic security at the enterprise.

It is substantiated that in the process of creating a package of measures there appears a differential approach, which consists in development and categorization of measures according to the components of the enterprise economic security: financial, market, product, intellectual and personnel, information, political and legal.

It is proved that as a result the application of the proposed methodology ensures a rapid response to the danger and provides a managerial decision making in order to prevent threats.
