Simulations of mixed DPPC/cholesterol membranes Part 1/2

Description

Simulations of mixtures of DPPC and cholesterol performed with the Slipids force field. Files are named as DPPC_CC_TTT, where CC is the cholesterol concentration in mol-%, and TTT the temperature in K. This upload contains files related to systems with 10 mol-% of cholesterol, whereas systems with 15 and 20 mol-%, as well as systems with DCHOL and sytems used for line tension calculations are in a separate upload here: DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.3540513.
