SemanticLMM: semantic modelling of linear mixed model analysis

Semantic modelling of statistical analysis of dataset with linear mixed models (LMM). The repository contains a set of resources to facilitate representing LMM analysis and its result in a form of RDF graphs:

• an ontology STATO-LMM.owl - a module of Statistical Ontology (STATO) with extensions to cover major aspects of data analysis by linear mixed model methodology
• exemplary datasets and their statistical analysis by R/Genstat tools, RDF graph generation scripts and its results as TriG files
• exemplary queries to discover datasets through a SPARQL endpoint
• a simple tool to generate semantic models from the LMM analysis in R (lme4/nlme package), provided as an R package semLMM
