Description

Raw data supporting: Metabarcoding unsorted kick-samples facilitates macroinvertebrate-based bioassessment with increased taxonomic resolution, while outperforming environmental DNA.

Two-step PCRs were performed on each sample replicate using the Qiagen Multiplex PCR Plus Kit.

The pool was loaded onto an Illumina MiSeq at 9pM, with 5% Phi-X, using a 600 cycle V3 kit with 300 bp paired end sequencing (index read steps skipped).
