3.4_Orellana: On resonance instabilities in VSCs connected to weak grids

Description

Grid-connected voltage source converters (VSCs) have been used to connect renewable energy resources located in remote areas to the main network, where the Short-Circuit Ratio (SCR) is small. The interaction of these poorly damped networks with the VSC control has been reported to create oscillatory instabilities.
