Resource-competent concept of strategic enterprise management development

Description

The article describes the essence of the concepts of "resources", "competence" and "resource approach" in the strategic enterprise management. The different types of resources have been analyzedaccording to the various features and scientific approaches. The scientific approaches regarding usage of resource-competent concepts in management have been generalized. It is proposed to understand the content of еnterprise’s competence as its ability to properly use and improve existing resources, as well as create new ones to increase the value of the final product, meet the needs of consumers and obtain unique competitive advantages. The processing model of strategic management of an enterprise has been developed using the resource-competent concept. The content of the concept "strategic еnterprise’s resources" and their importance in the strategic enterprise management development is substantiated.
