Confocal stacks through the rhombomere 1 prepontine clusters and locus coeruleus in individual y293-Gal4 ; UAS:Kaede (red, channel 1); vmat2:GFPpku2 (green, channel 0) larvae. Prior to imaging Kaede was photoconverted to red. File format is Leica Image File (.lif).
