Human Impact on Forests
Description
The data set, in a form of table, contains information on Human Impact on Forests that was collected during a few crowd sourcing campaigns (Human Impact on Tropical Forest, Human Impact on Temperate Forest and Human Impact on Boreal Forest). the data set is not yet final. We expect to publish the final version under Open Access in nearest future.
Table consists of 42965 rows and 5 columns.Each row represents a location (100m x 100m pixel) that was visually interpreted by crowd.
Table structure:
"rowid" - row id
"sample_id": unique identifier in Geo-Wiki database
"x","y": centroids of a 100m x 100m pixel, in lat/lon
"name": human impact on forest class
"zone" : 1- Tropics, 2- Temperate, 3-Boreal
