Dataset associated to submitted article:  To vary or not to vary: Is within-individual variation in erythrocyte size related to Plasmodium infection in a tropical lizard?

Contains measurements of A. gundlachi examination season (season), snout to vent length (svl) , unique identifier (uid), lizard species (spp), sex (sex), Plasmodium azurophilum infection status (infectionstatus), mean erythrocyte area (erymeanarea), standard deviation of erythrocyte area (erysdarea).
