Description
Exemplary imaging datasets. Raw data (Zeiss .lsm) and the deconvolved data (Imaris .ims) which was used for the fast dynamics analysis, including the segmented filopodia as filament objects.
These particular datasets are for the first fast imaging session of the growth cones shown in Movie 3. Any other dataset is available upon request.
