Description
These behavioral analysis scripts use discrete turn angles to classify different behavioral turning strategies. Analysis includes overal animal heading, quantification of turning rates, animal headings before and after each type of turn, spatial distribution of behavior performance, and velocity. Files were written in spike 2 and are included here as .txt files.
