Description
This data is associated with the Inferecladr package. It consists of expression data clustered into separate files, associated metadata, genes clustered into separate lists of files, and a gold standard derived from YEASTRACT. It was initially used in Tchourine, K., Vogel, C., and Bonneau, R. (2018). Condition-Specific Modeling of Biophysical Parameters Advances Inference of Regulatory Networks. Cell Reports 23, 376–388.
