THE METHODOLOGY OF SHAPING THE ARTISTIC AND CREATIVE SELF-ORGANIZATION COMPETENCE OF A MUSIC TEACHER

Article’s purpose. The aim of the paper is to highlight the methodology of artistic resonating interaction based on the self-managing process where the teacher’s impact is resonating with the variant of artistic self-development chosen by the student. All the methods are subjected to the aim, which is to manage the psychic and creative artistic activity as well as reflection of a music teacher being the main mechanisms of shaping the artistic and creative self-organization competence.

Methodology. The research was based on the principles of the theory of self-organization, their application in pedagogical activities; psychological and pedagogical principles of formation of the creative personality of the future teacher; theoretical and practical aspects of the integral professional training of the teacher of musical art.

Scientific novelty. The methodologies of artistic resonating interaction include the method of autonomic search, cut and try method, the method of psychological support, the method of stimulating the students to manage their time, situational method, the method of organized strategies, evaluative and regulative method, the method of positive and critical reflection, the method of optimal solving the tasks of creative artistic self-organization, the method of permanent and regular studying of acquired skills of creative artistic self-organization, analytical and sampling method, dialogic method.

Conclusions. The urgency of the research is contingent on the requirements to modern professional training, aimed at the competence being much-in-demand in all the spheres of human life and activities. The review of methodologies featured in research and methodological references prove that a music teacher training should go beyond the generally accepted traditional framework. It goes to show that a teacher is supposed to be the subject defining the educational way for every student, rather than merely delivering the knowledge. Therefore, it is necessary to extend the scope of a music teacher training by means of teaching methods and techniques based on previous experiences of the students, taking the knowledge from different subjects into a store of renewed professional knowledge.
