STUDY OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT POLICIES AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN SOFTWARE INDUSTRIES

The process which deals with obtaining, processing,  storing, disseminating and applying of 
information  and  knowledge  within  an  organization  to  support  and  enhance  its  business 
performance and employee satisfaction  is referred to as Knowledge Management (KM). The 
main aim of  this study  is  to measure  the  importance of knowledge management policies and 
knowledge  sharing  in  software  industries.  In  this  study,  a  sample  of  140  respondents was 
selected randomly from different software companies.
