Description
In the framework of the classical nucleation theory and kinetic theory, basic cluster sizes at electrodeposition were determined. The problem is also considered from the point of view of the Cahn-Hilliard theory. Attention is focused on calculation of the sizes of nanoparticles at nucleation.
