Description

The existence of the category "silent works" as copyright objects has been established. Their signs have been identified. The classification of "silent works" according to the types of art by: "silent work" in literature is offered; a literary work with an illustration where the latter is a "silent" work of painting; "Silent work" in painting; "Silent work" in choreography; "Silent work" in music. The author has proved that in the works of some writers there is a tendency to no purpose in the plot, because there is zero text, and in the works of artists the absence of visual images is traced with the help of paints in the plane organization of the painting. The literary work of Henry Sapphire’s New Year’s Sonnet, Vasilisk Gnedov’s "Death to Art: Fifteen (15) Poems", including "Zero Illustrations" by Laurence Sterne The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gentleman, Gustave Doré Book-album "Picturesque, dramatic and cartoonish history of Saint Russia based on the texts of the chronicles and historians Nestor, Silvistra, M.M. Karamzin, H.H. Segur, etc. in 500 drawings with commentary" (1854). In the "finished" artwork, the form serves to express the idea as deeply as possible, to reveal the theme, to lay out the plot, etc., that is, to cover the main components. Therefore, the content exists in an appropriate form, the formation of which depends directly on it. Yes, Robert Fludd depicted a black quadrangle to illustrate the primordial darkness of the universe before appearing in his treatise "Utriusque cosmi maioris scilicet et minoris Metaphysica, physica atque technica Historia" (1617), by Casimir Malevich, "Black Suprematic Square", Alphonse Square, Alphonselais The Battle of the Negroes in a Cave Late Night, "by Lucio Fontana, The Spatial Concept. The article notes that in choreographic art there are attempts to create a "silent work" as a dance without movement. The original attempt to create dance as a choreographic piece without movement was performed by actor and comedian Ryan Higa. It has been found that while the content of music is composed of art-intonation images as sound, intonation-linguistic and compositional results, the piece of music may be a product of silence or silence. Yes, John Milton Cage Jr’s musical compositions, "A Minute of Silence" by Eugene Kostitsyn, and Alphonse Allais’s Funeral March for the Funeral of the Great Deaf are also discussed. It is reflected that the content of the work does not limit the artist in the process of creating masterpieces, and the value of the work, even if "unconventional work of art" is not challenged by law.
