Template for designing and following-up a Gender Equality Plan (GEP)

This Excel file can be used as a practical template for designing and following-up a Gender Equality Plan. It is constructed on three levels:

1. Overview of all actions (including area of intervention, action line, action name, involved staff, timing and key performance indicators (KPIs)

2. Detailed action planning (including phasing and scheduling of sub-actions)

3. Overview of the whole GEP schedule (including all actions) as Gantt Chart.
