Updated tracking code will be maintained on github https://github.com/joshrbaxter/ultrasound_tracking
To get started - download the 'matlab' and 'Sample Videos' folders and unzip them into a common directory. If you are having path issues (will first appear when trying to pull the Data structure), then these folders are either in the wrong path or the path separators are incorrect (this was developed on Windows and linux/OSX use a different path format).
