- 1. University of Sydney
- 2. CSIRO
Description
Experimental version of Obsidian incorporating new within-chain sampling algorithms (pCN and anisotropic random walk) as well as a forward model for geological field observations with beta-binomial likelihood. Code as run in Scalzo et al. 2018 (submitted to GMD); listed as "beta" in case additional minor changes are prompted by the GMD review process.
