Sequence data from viral assembly graph analysis of the SERC virome
Description
Various sequence data and details that were used in publishing the manuscript describing assembly graph binning in the SERC viral metagenome. Including: assembled contigs, FASTG, predicted ORFs, two tables describing the assembled contigs and graphs.
Also PolA and RNR sequences that were mined from the SERC assembly.
