Training material for demultiplexing single-cell RNA-seq data (Galaxy Training Network tutorial)

The data provided here is part of the Galaxy Training Network tutorial that analyses single-cell RNA-seq data (scRNA) using CEL-seq2 cell barcodes and data from Freiburg MPI Grün Lab. This dataset consists of heavily downsampled paired-end Dario Rerio data to facilitate ease-of-processing during live demonstration.
