Description

The data were obtained from wild-type tomato plants (roots or leaves) and spr2 mutants, with different degrees of mycorrhization.
Amplifications were performed using SYBR Green detection chemistry and run in triplicate in 96-well reaction plates with the CFX96 Touch Real-Time PCR Detection System (Bio-Rad, Hercules, CA, USA). The data was analyzed by the delta delta ct method.
