Testing Hit Analogues against USP5 Zf-UBD with SPR Assay #1

A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) assay is used to determine binding affinities of commercial compound analogues previously selected to explore the structure activity relationship (SAR) around our primary hits against the zinc finger ubiquitin binding domain (Zf-UBD) of USP5.
